These terms govern the provision of services by RF Healthcare Ltd and should be read alongside any quotation, proposal, booking information or service-specific agreement.

1. Services

RF Healthcare Ltd provides healthcare consultancy, training, advisory and related services. The scope, deliverables, timescales and charges for consultancy work will be set out in a written quotation, proposal or agreement.

2. Training bookings

  • Public course bookings are made through our booking platform and require payment at the point of booking unless agreed otherwise
  • Learners must provide accurate booking details and meet any stated course prerequisites
  • Certificates may depend on attendance, participation and successful assessment
  • Organisation bookings are subject to the agreed quotation and delivery requirements

3. Cancellations and changes

The cancellation and transfer terms shown at the point of booking apply to public courses. RF Healthcare may need to reschedule or cancel a course where delivery is not reasonably possible; affected learners will be offered an alternative date or refund as appropriate.

  • Consultancy cancellation terms will be set out in the relevant proposal or agreement
  • Reasonable venue, access and learner requirements must be provided for on-site delivery

4. Fees and payment

Fees, VAT treatment and payment dates will be stated in the booking or quotation. Late payment may delay delivery and RF Healthcare reserves the right to recover reasonable costs associated with overdue amounts where permitted.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely access to relevant people or documents
  • Retain responsibility for organisational decisions and implementation
  • Use RF Healthcare materials only for the agreed purpose
  • Tell us promptly about changes that may affect delivery or risk

6. Confidentiality and data protection

Both parties will protect confidential information received through the engagement. Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

RF Healthcare retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates and materials. The client may use deliverables created for them internally for the agreed purpose unless the written agreement says otherwise.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, RF Healthcare is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and any specific limitation applying to consultancy work will be stated in the relevant agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
