RF Healthcare Ltd

Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: August 2026

RF Healthcare Ltd wants its website and online services to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. We are continuing to improve accessibility as the platform develops.

1. Using this website

The website is designed to work on modern desktop, tablet and mobile browsers and supports keyboard navigation, scalable text and reduced-motion preferences. We use semantic headings, labelled form controls, descriptive links and alternative text where appropriate.

You should be able to zoom the website, navigate interactive controls using a keyboard and use common browser or operating-system accessibility features without losing the core content or functionality.

2. Current limitations

Some third-party services opened from RF Healthcare, including hosted payment, accounting or embedded services, are controlled by their respective providers and may have their own accessibility arrangements.

Complex tables, secure document previews and newly introduced administration or client-portal features may require further accessibility refinement as the platform develops. We review issues when they are identified and prioritise changes that prevent people from completing important tasks.

3. Documents

Some documents supplied to RF Healthcare by clients, awarding bodies or other third parties may not have been created to the same accessibility standard as the website. If you need information supplied by RF Healthcare in a different reasonable format, please contact us and explain what would help.

4. Tell us about a problem

If you cannot access part of the website or need help completing an online task, email info@rfhealthcare.co.uk or call 01926 919987. Please tell us which page or function you were using and, where useful, the browser, device or assistive technology involved.

We welcome accessibility feedback and will use it to help prioritise improvements.
