We're giving one community emergency care organisation a new website.
Community First Responders and emergency medical charities do vital work, often with limited time and funding for their digital presence. RF Healthcare will design and build one eligible organisation a new website at no charge.

The selected organisation will work with RF Healthcare to agree a sensible website scope before the build starts. The aim is a useful, professional website that the organisation can genuinely use.

What is not automatically included
Domain purchase or renewal, ongoing hosting, paid third-party services or licences, e-commerce, complex bespoke systems and paid integrations are outside the free prize unless RF Healthcare agrees otherwise in writing. Any optional ongoing costs will be explained before the organisation commits to them.
How the winner is chosen
A random draw, not a competition for the best story.
After entries close, RF Healthcare will check which entries meet the eligibility criteria. One winner will then be selected at random from the eligible entries using a recorded cryptographically secure computer process. The optional information about your organisation helps us understand who is entering but does not improve or reduce your chance of winning.

Giveaway terms
Simple rules, kept transparent.
Promoter. RF Healthcare Ltd, Company No. 16486114, Office 1, Izabella House, 24–26 Regent Place, Birmingham, B1 3NJ.
Closing date. Entries close at 23:59 BST on 30 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
Eligibility. Entries must be made on behalf of a UK Community First Responder scheme/group or a UK emergency medical charity.
Entrant. The person submitting the entry must be 18 or over and authorised to act for the organisation.
Entries. There is no purchase requirement and only one entry per organisation is permitted. RF Healthcare may remove duplicate, fraudulent or ineligible entries.
Selection. The winner will be chosen at random from entries RF Healthcare has verified as eligible. There is no judging or weighting of the organisation's story.
Notification. RF Healthcare will contact the winning organisation using the details supplied with its entry within five working days of the draw.
Winner information. The winning organisation will be published or made available as evidence that a valid award took place. The organisation may object to wider publication by contacting RF Healthcare, although information may still be supplied to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.
Prize scope. The prize covers the agreed design and development work described above. The final scope must be proportionate to a standard organisational website and agreed before work starts.
External costs. Domain, ongoing hosting, paid licences, paid third-party services and other external charges are not included unless confirmed by RF Healthcare in writing.
Content. The winning organisation must provide or approve the text, images, branding and other information reasonably needed to complete the website.
No cash alternative. The website work cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to an unrelated organisation.
Platform independence. This promotion is administered by RF Healthcare Ltd and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Meta or LinkedIn.
Entries are open until 23:59 BST on 30 September 2026. The random draw cannot be run before the published closing time has passed.
