The service will focus on families living in the most disadvantaged communities and aims to improve school readiness by supporting children’s early development, strengthening the home learning environment and increasing parental confidence. Delivery will be through structured group sessions in suitable community-based venues, with the provider responsible for recruitment, engagement, staffing, training, venues, monitoring and reporting.
