What is being bought
Lincolnshire’s Integrated Lifestyle Service (ILS), known as ‘One You Lincolnshire’, is jointly funded by Lincolnshire County Council and the Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, and designed to prevent ill-health and reduce inequalities in health outcomes through addressing 6 key risk factors: smoking, physical inactivity, unhealthy weight, alcohol, falls prevention, and child & family weight management. This is a short term interim contract award for a period of 6 months, pending commissioning of future smoking cessation and falls prevention services for Lincolnshire with effect from 1 April 2027.
