Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council is seeking to establish a Supported Living Services Framework for adults with assessed care and support needs across Redcar and Cleveland.
The Framework will cover supported living schemes, care delivered in dispersed accommodation, and outreach support. It will enable the Council to secure appropriate provision for adults with a range of assessed needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical disabilities. The service will be designed to promote independence while ensuring that each person’s assessed care and support needs are met.
