What is being bought

Provision of a Community Pharmacy Sexual and Reproductive Health Service Pilot for 1 year with the option to extend for a further 1 year (up to a 2 year Pilot). We are seeking to award contracts to up to four suitable providers through the Most Suitable Provider Process. In response to identified local health needs, one provider will be appointed for each of the priority localities of Meir, Tunstall, Bentilee and Etruria, ensuring service coverage across the city and improving access for communities. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, neither the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 nor the Procurement Act 2023 apply to this award. Stoke on Trent City Council intends to award a contract for the provision of the Community Pharmacy Sexual and Reproductive Health Service Pilot using the Most Suitable Provider Process.
