Middlesbrough Council is seeking an experienced provider to deliver accredited First Aid training across its service areas, including Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid.
The provider will be expected to offer consistent course availability throughout the year, accredited training aligned with current HSE standards, certification and training records, high-quality instruction, attendance and performance reporting, and compliance support. The initial contract runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029 with two optional 12-month extensions. Evaluation is weighted 70% Quality and 30% Price. SMEs and VCSEs are specifically identified as suitable.
